Tonsillectomy
Surgery to remove the tonsils. This operation is often used to treat recurrent tonsillitis, sleep apnoea, breathing difficulties and other chronic throat infections.
Thyroidectomy
Removal of all or part of the thyroid gland, often to treat thyroid cancer, goiter, hyperthyroidism or suspicious thyroid nodules.
Sinus Surgery
Treatment of chronic sinusitis and other sinus-related conditions that do not respond to medication. Improve drainage, reduce blockages and increase airflow in the sinuses.
Septoplasty
Surgical procedure designed to correct a deviated nasal septum, the wall of cartilage and bone that separates the nostrils.
Rhinoplasty
Surgery to improve the appearance and function of the nose. This may be for purely cosmetic reasons or for medical reasons, such as correcting breathing difficulties.
Rhinophyma
Treatment of the thickening and enlargement of the nose caused by excess tissue growth. Often associated with severe rosacea and mainly affects men over the age of 50.
Nasal Reconstruction
It restores nasal function and appearance after trauma, cancer removal, deformities or surgery. Skin or cartilage grafts or advanced flap techniques are used.
Laryngoplasty
Surgery to improve the structure and function of the larynx (voice box). Commonly treats vocal cord paralysis, voice disorders or airway obstructions.
