INIPI LLC operates in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable local and international standards. This document outlines INIPI’s obligations, scope of responsibility, and limitations of liability when interacting with Users, Health Service Providers, Medical Tourism Facilitators and third-party institutions through our platforms.1. Scope of INIPI’s Services
INIPI LLC provides a platform that facilitates interactions between Users and Health Service Providers, Medical Tourism Facilitators , including hospitals, clinics, and other relevant institutions. INIPI acts as a third-party intermediary and is not directly involved in the provision of medical or health services. INIPI's role is limited to:- Displaying accurate and up-to-date information about Health Service Providers and Medical Tourism Facilitators.
- Enabling Users to interact with these providers through our digital platforms.
- Offering access to relevant information or tools related to financial services, user preferences, or transactions when needed.
2. What INIPI is Not Responsible For
INIPI does not provide medical advice or health services directly. Any medical consultations, treatments, or services provided by third-party institutions are entirely under their control. INIPI is not responsible for:- Medical outcomes or any treatments provided by Health Service Providers.
- Tourism Plans, Packages, Hotels, Hospitals, Flights, or any other service related with transportation or logistics provided by the Medical Tourism Facilitators.
- The quality, suitability, or compliance of services delivered by the abovementioned providers.
- Errors, negligence, or misconduct by Health Service Providers and/ or Medical Tourism Facilitators.
- Any unauthorized disclosure of personal information by third-party providers.
- Once the User selects and contracts services from a Health Service Provider and/or Medical Tourism Facilitators, all obligations and liabilities concerning the services lie with the provider.
3. User’s Responsibilities
The User is responsible for:- Providing accurate information when interacting with Health Service Providers and Medical Tourism Facilitators.
- Reviewing and complying with the terms, conditions, and policies of the selected Health Service Provider and Medical Tourism Facilitators.
- Ensuring that any additional personal data provided voluntarily to INIPI can be transferred to the relevant Health Service Provider and Medical Tourism Facilitators, as outlined in Section 4.3.
4. Obligations of INIPI
4.1 INIPI shall, when required by local regulations, obtain all necessary authorizations and approvals from the relevant regulatory bodies and authorities managing the Institution.4.2 INIPI must conduct its operations in strict compliance with:
- All applicable laws and regulations in the country where the Health Service Provider operates.
- Guidelines and procedures provided by the Health Service Provider to ensure the highest level of protection for Users.
- Facilitate information exchange between Users, Health Service Providers and Medical Tourism Facilitators.
- Suggest that Health Service Providers collect from Users any clinical pharmacology and toxicology data necessary for effective treatment planning.
- Ensure that the information presented to Users aligns with the guidance provided by Health Service Providers.
- Offer supervision, training, and monitoring related to the use of web services to ensure proper interaction between Users and Providers.
4.5 Any amendments to this document or INIPI’s agreements with Health Service Providers must be approved in writing by both parties. Changes required by local authorities shall only take effect after official approval, where applicable.
5. International Data Transfers
As a global company, INIPI may transfer personal data across jurisdictions while complying with GDPR safeguards and applicable local data protection laws. INIPI ensures that User data remains secure during international transfers and prioritizes data residency in the User’s region where possible.6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
This document and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of Mexico City, Mexico. Disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration or legal proceedings within the appropriate jurisdiction.7. Security Measures
INIPI employs industry-standard security measures, including encryption and firewalls, to protect Users' personal data. However, no system is immune to risks, and INIPI encourages Users to follow safe browsing practices and use up-to-date antivirus software.8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 INIPI is only responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information published on its platforms when such information is directly provided by the Health Service Provider.8.2 INIPI’s responsibility for the information begins when it is published or communicated to Users through its official channels.
8.3 INIPI’s liability ends once the User selects and contracts the Health Service Provider and/or Medical Tourism Facilitators. From that point on, any claims, obligations, or liabilities related to the services are the exclusive responsibility of the Health Service Provider and/or Medical Tourism Facilitators.
8.4 INIPI is not responsible for:
- The quality, suitability, or compliance of the services provided by the Health Service Provider and/or Medical Tourism Facilitators.
- Any conditions or issues arising after the User formalizes the contract with the Health Service Provider and/or Medical Tourism Facilitators.
9. Modifications to this Document
INIPI reserves the right to modify this document to reflect changes in practices, laws, or regulations. The latest version will be made available on INIPI’s website. Users’ continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.10. Contact Information
